Cons:

Obvisouly the packages can go up from there with the more channels you get and so forth. Plus if you dont like the idea of having a satellite installed on your roof or the side of your home then this might not be what you’re looking for.

Comcast Digital Cable-

Pros:

First off you dont need to worry about having a dish installed on the top or side of your house and the chances of losing your signal in a thunder storm are slim to none. Which makes the majority of everyone happy knowing that. Comcast also has the option of DVR, Upgraded movie packages which is also Free for 3 months. You can also create a package with your cable TV, Internet service and even Digital voice phone services. With what they call the triple play package you can get all of them starting out at $33/month each.

Comcast Specials.com is a Comcast provider

Cons:

Price is higher in every case compared to Dish Network. The DVR has a monthly fee charge just to have the DVR reciever, HD is not free, no free installation and no free gift worth $100 dollars. (DVR is not available as an option with basic package, DVR is only available with Silver Plus package and up. DVR monthly fee of $5 still applies as well.)
